Primary Care
Primary care is the hub of health care, meaning that we partner with our patients to navigate their needs. We provide assessment and treatments of acute concerns, manage chronic health conditions, provide preventive and screening services and coordinate care with specialists when needed.
Pediatric Care
We have a focus on the entire family. From infancy to adulthood, we want to watch your children grow and thrive! We use the guidelines of Bright Futures to direct screenings and interventions to promote optimal health and development. We also offer all recommended immunizations. If you have questions about our immunization policy, do not hesitate to call or message through the patient portal.
Preventive Services
In collaboration with your insurance, we routinely order screening and preventive care services that are often at little or no cost to the patient.

for Established Patients
When life happens, we want to be there for you. The emergency room can be expensive and inefficient for most acute illness and injuries. Before heading to the ER for non-life threatening illness or injury, call us first! We have multiple appointment times reserved for same-day care for our established patients.
